Week #1 Experiences in "Blog" Navigating
Well, it looks like I've taken the plunge into blogging! I was a little concerned that I'd be able to figure this out, since I missed the first class (blame it on the Twins!). However, Zoma's written instructions were flawless. I ran into a little trouble with posting my Avatar but was able to get it figured out and transferred over. Speaking of Avatars....that was a little stressful! Did I want to be the Bikini-clad Brunette? The Las Vegas tourist? After trying out several personas, I settled on the one most like me--except for the haircolor (watch for changes to that in real life, coming soon!). I haven't explored any of the other options on this site, but plan to play around with it a little bit this weekend. I'm anxious to read everyone else's blogs, providing Alice can find hers and Jody remembers her password....

So, in real life, for hair color are you thinking auburn, red, violet?!? I wanted to do the black leather mini-skirt for my avatar, but chickened out...I'm a wimp! Anyway, great job on your blog so far. I hope everyone has fun in class and learns alot. Thanks for posting to Alice's blog. I want everyone to see how easy it is to collaborate via many applications through this class. Keep up the good work. You'll need a pocket protector by the end of class! Welcome to geekdom!
